The agreement
By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorised to do so.
Acceptable use
Don't use agent inboxes to send unsolicited bulk email, impersonate a real person or organisation, or distribute malware. Don't point the browser tool at systems you aren't authorised to access. We suspend accounts that do.
Your responsibility for your agents
Actions taken with your API keys are attributed to you, including anything an autonomous agent does unsupervised. Scope your keys, and revoke them when a workload ends.
Availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided as-is on the free tier. Paid plans carry the commitments described in their order form.
Billing
Paid plans bill monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current period. Usage beyond a plan's limits may be rate limited.
Changes
We'll give notice by email before any material change to these terms takes effect.
